PAYMENT

A 20%
deposit is required upon booking, which is non-refundable. The balance
must be paid 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Should your
payment not reach us by the due date we reserve the right to re-let the
caravan.

Payment can
be made by any Credit/Debit Card that Paypal can accept or by
cheque. A 4% additional charge will be made to each
transaction made by any card, as we have extremely competitive rental
prices and are not prepared to absorb the bank charges incurred with such
transactions. We do understand however that many customers would
like to pay via this method which is why it is
provided.

LATE
BOOKINGS
CANCELLATIONS
-
The booking
deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations received within 28 days will be
liable to pay 80% of the holiday cost (excluding card transaction costs),
and will receive any refund due via cheque. If any payments have
been made by a card, refunds will not be given on any of the card
transaction charges, even if we agree to refund some of your holiday cost
as stated above. No refund will be given for
cancellations made within 8 days of the holiday start date.
ARRIVAL
AND DEPARTURE TIMES

The caravan
will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival on presentation of your
booking confirmation and registration form. Collect the keys from the East
Gate (directions will be sent with your confirmation letter). You are able
to use all the facilities on arrival.

The caravan
must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Please leave the caravan
in a clean and tidy condition.
